Returns

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we aim to put the matter right.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

(Returns and exhanges over the Christmas and New year period will be extended until the 14th January)

Contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If a refund is required.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order.  It is the customers responsibilty to return the goods.

We ask that customers take resonable care of the goods by not removing the labels of any goods to be returned. Returned items must be unused and be in as new condition and suitable for resale

For safety reasons any helmet that has been worn cannot be returned

If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge if the goods have been used or to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and contact number

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
